Well-equipped kitchen; we use as a home from home so hopefully all the little things we take for granted, but we ask that if there is anything that could be added for future guests, you let us know.

The cottage is situated at the top of a steep hill and is on 3 floors with steep stairs.  Therefore with due respect, we do not recommend booking if you feel unable to tackle these.

The car parking space is suitable for a medium family car (eg Ford Focus, BMW 5 series etc) and the turning space can be tight if the adjoining spaces are occupied.  The streets in Staithes are very steep and narrow. If you are confident, a transit van can get in, but not for the faint-hearted. There is a space is marked for Cliff Cottage (second from right when looking at the hedge)

Parking area
Looking down Church Street from the parking area
A short walk up the hill leads to the cliff tops and on to Port Mulgrave.
